These terms apply to all versions of SENCI, including the free dashboard, professional licenses (SENCI PRO), and any hardware-specific monitoring modules delivered.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SENCI SYSTEMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SENCI software on mobile devices owned or controlled by you. This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial device monitoring. You may not:
SENCI interacts directly with hardware-level APIs. While we implement rigorous safety clusters, performance outcomes are highly dependent on the unique hardware quality, silicon lottery, and battery health of your specific device model. Therefore, results may vary. We do not guarantee specific percentage increases in any hardware-status tracking speeds.
You acknowledge that using monitoring tools can use battery resources. It is your responsibility to monitor your device's temperature and follow the guidelines in our Safety Hub.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENCI SYSTEMS GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: HARDWARE OVERHEATING, BATTERY DEGRADATION, SYSTEM INSTABILITY, DATA LOSS, OR VOIDANCE OF MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES. YOU USE SENCI AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.
While we use standard APIs, some manufacturers may consider third-party hardware monitoring software a violation of their native system integrity. You are solely responsible for understanding your device's warranty terms and conditions before activating the SENCI tracker.
The SENCI PRO subscription provides access to advanced hardware profiles and real-time cloud data flux. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the billing cycle chosen at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform-specific store (App Store/Play Store) where the purchase was made. No partial refunds will be provided for late-cycle cancellations.
Misuse of the professional license across more than the allowed number of concurrent devices may lead to an automatic and permanent hardware-level ban from the SENCI network.
You agree not to use the SENCI dashboard for any illegal purposes or to gain an unfair advantage in professional e-sports competitions. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules of any third-party software or service you use while SENCI is active.
SENCI is a dynamic ecosystem. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including the free monitoring engine) at any time. We also reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in global laws or hardware manufacturing standards. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
